URBAN RETREAT with Nicola Tröger in Berlin 

This workshop weekend will teach you to get in touch with your strength!
Remember these moments in life, when you felt completely in tune with your strength, fully embodied, able to move with ease, precision and power, taking the right decisions, confident and even connected to your intuition?
These moments are rare for most people, but extremely powerful, pleasurable and often life changing.

In this urban retreat you will learn how to train and maintain this inner stage of strength, which goes way beyond the muscles!
What does it mean for you to be strong in your life?
How does your body feel?
How do you take decisions?
How does the relationship to other people change?
Do you want it?
When was the last time you did feel that strong?
What happened consequently?

Through deep but gentle strength building 2-2,5 hour Forrest Yoga based sessions you will learn to up-level the connection to your body and your willpower! Intent setting will help you to stay focused on your body and the natural pleasure to move! Through additional exercises that contain movement, writing, description and process work, you will be able to let go some of the layers that don't allow you to fully embody your strength or stay in a victimized sensation. You will gain more clarity on where you want to direct your energy in your life right now or what you wish to experience. You will leave this workshop with tools to continue the work "off the mat".

This workshop is perfect for you if you want to deepen your practice, be it your yoga practice, or your overall commitment to your strength, courage, love and happiness in life!
It is open to yoga practitioners ranging from a basic experience (at least 10 classes in any style) to experienced yogis.

We want to turn on your body, and allow you to move forward in life in a relaxed and confident way.

Saturday & Sunday: 11:00am- 18:00.
The days include a 60-90 min. break and a simple and healthy lunch on both days.

Yoga mats and props are provided.
Bring a towel and a second set of clothes, as the mornings might be sweaty. The studio offers showers.
