In this 3 hour Workshop we will have the time to go deeper!
It will include a clarity session in the beginning, with setting our individual intent for the practice and bodywork exercises, and will close with a longer, guided Savasana in the end.
We will learn to backbend in a way that strengthens and heal our back, and allows our chest, heart and wishes to open up. We will build a steady ground by strengthening our legs, that support us to open, and to receive what we most desire in life.
The asana practice will be around 2 hours. This practice is for students with at least 6 months of yoga practice experience of any style!

Price: 40€ (30€ for students with Somuchmore or Urban Sports Club membership).
